This Week in Ma On Shan:

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! =) I hope you all had a good thanksgiving. Today the entire mission went to do service at this Poh Pohs farm. it was so awesome. we totally cleaned everything up and plowed and fixed fences and alot of stuff like that. it was way fun. then we all went to Homintine to have a Thanksgiving lunch. they actually had real mashed patatos, real turcky (with no bones in it), real stuffing, real cranberry souce, and almost real pumpkin pie. you could tast the Hong Kong milk in it but it was still way good pumpkin pie! by the way none of these things really exist in hong kong so it was really awesome! =) After we played Rugby. They don't really do Football here, more Rugby. it's way fun but i such. hahaThis week has been really fun and good. on saturday we baked cookies with one of our younger investigators, Jessica, that we got from the sisters. she is a little shy espically around us but cookies deffinitly helped break the ice. we watched Testiments with her and gave her a short message. we made rice krispies with her yesterday too and that was really good. she is really awesome and i think we're going to ask her to be baptised next time we see her.We also have a new investigator named Siu Lo. she is from the mainland so her cantanese is ... ok ... haha it's really good but it has a major mandarin accent to it. any way she is really cool and golden. she understands everything we teach her and is progressing perfectly. We haven't been able to get ahold of mike lately. we keep praying for him and call him everyday but there's not much we can do. He is an amazing person and i know that he has felt the spirit. I know that he will eventually come back.Yesterday we went to the University Train Station and did a district find (our district is us and the Zone Leaders). it was way cool. i gave out three book of mormons. i've never given out that many at once. it was way cool. One thing that i'm really learning lately is to have a member present to every lesson. they help the atmosphere seem so much more calm and when they testify it really hits the investigator. I know i said this last week but seriously, if you have the opportunity to share your testimony, DO IT!! That is why we are here. Rember the story of the Talents It's not just about haveing a talent like singing, playing the piano, dancing and such. It is everything that God gives us, Everything. If we do not share our testimony with others then our testimony will not grow in us and will not grow in others. I really need to work on this too. Sometimes i find my self in a situation where i can share my testimony or teach but it's outside my comfort zone and i don't do it. This is something we all have to develop and learn. haha sorry i'm not meaning to be a peter priesthood. i just love you all and i know that you all have an amazing testimony because i've heard most of yours. just don't keep it hidden.I love you all sooo much! I miss you all too! always remember who you are! =) peace be unto thee

Love Elder McAllister

PS Happy Thanksgiving! =)
